Adam Cooper - Director

Having worked in property for the past 8 years, our Director Adam has a vast knowledge of the industry. From single lets and serviced accommodation, to his main passion - HMO’s; he’s on a mission to raise the standard of shared accommodation across the UK, whilst making this sector a safer and more reliable investment model for all.

He owns our sister company Freedom Homes Ltd, which is a specialist HMO letting agency. This was established in December 2017, in Adam’s spare bedroom, with only a desk, laptop and a cheap coffee machine.

Adam searched for ways to bring a constant supply of properties to scale quickly and he set out to find property groups to join, which allowed him to share his niche HMO concept. This was pivotal in him being able to find investors, who would join him in creating their portfolios through Freedom Homes. This unique business model has proved successful and the company never has to rely on landlords to come their way, to grow.

Through the success of this model, ASC Construction Services (UK) Limited T/A Cooper Construction was born in April 2021 and has already seen substantial growth. We have completed 24 HMO conversions in just over a year and Adam has no plans on slowing down the pace. We have a 30+ contractor team who specialise in their field and he predicts this will double over the next year as we expand into the midlands.

Adam is extremely passionate about helping others realise their true potential and has a goal of opening an entrepreneur academy, with the aim to help over 1 million young aspiring entrepreneurs change the world.
